Presently Cherished Pet Memorial Services provides approximately 25 Veterinary
Hospitals/Clinics with professional, dignified value-added services throughout New
Brunswick, Canada and eastern Maine, United States. We specialize in cremations
(both communal & private cremations) and in providing Veterinarians and their
staff with personalized services to assist you in meeting the needs of your clients.
We uphold the highest standards of ethical business practices and do so mindful
of the respect and dignity deserving of you, your staff and the clients you serve.
What Is It We Can Do For You?
• Prompt, professional and discreet removal and transportation of the deceased
pet(s) from your facility to ours.
• Pickups of deceased pets scheduled at times convenient to you and your staff
• Emergency Services provided in the Greater Saint John, New Brunswick area 7 days a week all year round
• Cremation services provided at no cost to Veterinarians & their permanent staff
• Delivery of privately cremated remains returned in a dignified urn (or appropriate
temporary urn) along with a Certificate of Cremation, Pet Loss Support materials, and
sympathy card. All packaged in a manner that you and your clients will find to be very
positive and life-giving.
• Flexibility with respect to costs. For example, if you are providing a free service
to a client for whatever reason you deem as necessary or as a good cause (within reason,
of course) then we will not charge you for the service you require.
• Provide emotional support to you and your staff whenever needed. We acknowledge that it is you
and your staff that are required to be there for your clients in their time of grief and this can be a
very emotional time for all concerned. We are trained to provide grief/sensitivity counselling to your
staff and your clients. All it takes is a phone call.
• Provide flexibility to you when your client requests special treatment for their
pet. One example would be - your client wants to be present for the cremation. We can arrange
an appointment for your client to bring their pet to us if they so wish and we will provide
them with emotional support and warm hospitality while they are here awaiting the cremated
remains of their beloved pet.
